The B-52, America’s work horse, has defended freedom since the 1960s. It’s set to undergo a technological upgrade, and the Air Force says it’s sure to give tax payers a more bang for your buck. The U.S. Air Force is in the early phase of a technological upgrade for their B-52 fleet. The first operational B-52 slated to receive the CONECT upgrade departed Barksdale Air Force Base for the depot at Tinker Air Force Base.
