ONR Distinguished Lecture: General James N. Mattis

mattis_ArmedwithScienceGeneral James N. Mattis, Commander, U.S. Joint Forces Command, visited the Office of Naval Research (ONR) on Thursday, April 29,  2010, as the next ONR Distinguished Lecturer.  The title of his presentation was, “Commander, U.S. Joint Forces Command Perspectives”.

    Internal sources state JFCOM is wasting millions of dollars on upgrading the training network hardware when the current hardware in place does everything the new hardware can do. why would you rip out perfectly good hardware to replace it with something that does less? Why is JFCOM wasting tax payers money?????
